Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Stylist/Keyholder to join our team. As a Luxury Sales Stylist Keyholder, you will be responsible for contributing to the daily operations of our boutique and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Duties:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Drive KPIS through head-to-toe styling with the entire collection
  • Exceed all sales goals by maximizing walk in client sales
  • Engage and connect with clients on a personal level to develop relationship after the sale
  • Build a clientele book to drive sales over the phone and by sending out consignment boxes
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Retail Sales achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain a client book and loyal client following
