We operate across North America and Latin America, supported by a global supply network across Asia and Europe, with a headquarters in China and over 15 years of industry experience. Our business focuses on building structured supply solutions, optimizing logistics, and developing long-term partnerships with industrial customers and distributors. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our growing team. This role is focused on developing new customers, managing international accounts, and driving business growth in the petrochemical and solvent markets. This is not a passive sales role — we are looking for individuals who can actively develop opportunities, understand market structure, and execute deals independently. Key Responsibilities Develop new business through cold calls, outreach, and market research Manage and grow relationships with industrial customers and distributors Handle pricing, quotation, negotiation, and deal execution Coordinate with China team to fulfill orders Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and supply conditions Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience (chemical / foreign trade/ international logistics) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and proactively develop customers Comfortable with fast-paced, international trading environment Experience in petrochemical or solvent markets is highly preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based commission Opportunity to work in international trading and global markets Clear growth path based on performance Dynamic and entrepreneurial team environment
