Sales Trainee (Fast-Track to Account Manager)

About Us Fanttik (Under KBJ trading) is a fast-growing consumer electronics brand expanding rapidly in the U.S. market. We are seeking a high-potential recent graduate who is eager to develop into a successful Account Manager professional. Position Overview This role is designed for individuals who are analytical, adaptable, and motivated to build a long-term career in sales . You will start by supporting the sales team and learning core business operations, with a clear path to transition into client-facing responsibilities and account management.

Key Responsibilities Initial Phase:

Support sales team with order coordination and daily operations Assist with data tracking, reporting, and maintaining spreadsheets Prepare sales-related documentation and ensure accuracy Collaborate with internal teams to support business processes Development Phase (6-12 months): Participate in real client interactions and sales activities Learn directly from senior sales team members Assist in managing client relationships Gradually take ownership of accounts Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (Business or related field is a plus) Recent graduates or early-career candidates encouraged to apply Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn What We Offer Structured training and direct mentorship Early exposure to client interactions Clear progression to Account Manager within 12-18 months Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus Growth-oriented and collaborative work environment
