In-Store Representative (Lead Generator)

Looking for part-time retail sales and appointment setters who are able to work in our retail stores (Home Depot, Lowes, OR Costco). The primary role of the In-Store Representative / Lead Generator is to engage with customers at Retail locations and generate sales leads for our HVAC department. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude is required for this role. The Retail Sales Associate will set appointments and book free consultations for our customers!

What Will You Do:

Become a brand ambassador by understanding client needs through consulting and providing solutions. Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients Develop an understanding of HVAC products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customers. Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients to educate them on the company's services. Set appointments with customers to conduct free estimates for replacement or maintenance services. Seek new sales leads through prospecting and providing exceptional customer service.

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $18-$20/hr Plus Commission. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
