Join Rose Remodeling - In-Home Design Consultant (Bathroom Remodeling Specialist) Rose Remodeling is a family-owned and operated home remodeling company specializing in high-quality bathroom renovations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and personable In-Home Design Consultants to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people, has a strong eye for design, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Position Overview As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will be the face of Rose Remodeling. You will meet with homeowners in their homes, understand their vision, assess their space, and guide them through design options that align with their needs, style, and budget. You are not just selling a product—you are helping clients design a space they will use and enjoy every day. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with prospective clients Evaluate existing bathrooms and gather project requirements Present custom design solutions for bathroom remodels Educate homeowners on materials, layouts, fixtures, and design options Build accurate project proposals and present pricing confidently Establish trust and rapport with clients through professional communication Follow up with customers to answer questions and move projects forward Collaborate with internal production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain organized records of client interactions and project details Meet or exceed individual performance and sales goals What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working in a sales-driven, customer-facing role Experience in sales, home improvement, interior design, or construction is a plus (but not required) Ability to think creatively and visualize design solutions in real time Professional appearance and strong time management skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable Comfortable working independently in the field Willingness to learn product knowledge and remodeling processes What We Provide Paid training and ongoing development Support from an experienced production and design team Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Competitive compensation structure and
