Job Description

Sales Representative — Door-to-Door or Call Center Job Overview ESP Solar is a top-rated residential solar installer serving California and Texas, helping homeowners make the switch to cleaner, more affordable energy. Since 2015, ESP has helped power 30,000+ homes and has built a strong reputation through quality installations, trusted equipment partners, and thousands of verified customer reviews. We are looking for motivated, hungry, and coachable Sales Representatives who are ready to grow in a fast-paced sales environment. This opportunity is for individuals who want more than a regular hourly job — we are looking for people who want to learn sales, build confidence, develop real communication skills, and create strong income through performance. This is a commission-only position with ongoing training, mentorship, and support from successful industry leaders with 20+ years of experience in sales, scaling teams, developing reps, and helping people reach their goals. You will have the opportunity to work in either a door-to-door field sales role or a call center sales role , depending on your strengths, experience, and availability. What You'll Do Speak with homeowners and potential customers about ESP Solar's services and solutions Generate interest, qualify customers, and set appointments or close deals depending on role Follow a proven sales structure designed to create clear, confident conversations Build trust with customers through professionalism, communication, and follow-up Work either in a door-to-door sales environment or a call center sales environment Track leads, follow-ups, and customer conversations accurately Attend team trainings, meetings, roleplays, and leadership development sessions Learn how to overcome objections, build confidence, and improve your closing ability Represent ESP Solar with energy, integrity, and professionalism What We're Looking For No prior sales experience is required — we are willing to train and develop the right person.
