Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Automotive Business Development Representative to drive growth and expand our dealership network. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach and persuasive communication skills will help us increase appointments and strengthen our market presence. Duties Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities Follow up with customers indicating purchasing interest through our website. Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail. Support on-line customers by setting appointments. Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer. Establish goals that are consistent with the dealerships expectations and plan a strategy to meet those goals. Receive all inbound sales calls and schedule sales appointments. Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads. Provide sales management information by completion reports. Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required. Follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors. Support the sales team by managing CRM software updates, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone or in person Experience Proven experience in outside sales, or automotive sales environments with dealership experience preferred Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or complex deals Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse markets effectively Familiarity with CRM software systems for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, phone etiquette, and active listening Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, automotive industry standards, and marketing strategies is advantageous Previous experience in retail sales or outbound sales roles will be considered a plus Join us as an Automotive Business Development Representative and become a vital part of our energetic team dedicated to growth, innovation, and excellence.
