Sales Manager / General Manager Job Summary Sunway Nuts USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated and responsible Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, promoting company products, following up on orders, and supporting overall sales growth. This position requires strong communication skills, customer service ability, product knowledge, and the ability to work closely with customers, the warehouse team, accounting department, and logistics team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food import and wholesale distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, distributors, and food service accounts. Promote company products and introduce new items to customers based on their business needs. Follow up with customers regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, orders, deliveries, and payment status. Visit customers regularly to maintain business relationships, collect feedback, and identify new sales opportunities. Prepare and submit customer orders accurately and coordinate with the office and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing. Monitor customer purchase history and recommend products to increase sales volume. Communicate customer requirements, special instructions, delivery needs, and product requests to internal departments. Assist customers with product questions, order issues, delivery concerns, shortages, damages, returns, or credit requests. Work with the accounting team to follow up on outstanding balances and support collection efforts when needed. Coordinate with the sales support team regarding labels, shipping documents, truck appointments, and delivery schedules when necessary. Stay informed about company products, pricing, inventory status, promotions, and market trends. Research and identify new business opportunities in assigned territories or customer segments. Maintain accurate customer records, sales notes, pricing agreements, and account information. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets set by management. Provide regular sales updates, customer feedback, and market information to management. Represent the company professionally in all customer communications, meetings, and visits. Perform other sales-related and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications College diploma required. Previous sales experience preferred, especially in food distribution, wholesale, import/export, supermarket, grocery, or consumer goods industry. English communication skills are required. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to understand product details, pricing, customer needs, and market trends. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and order management systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for customer visits. Work Environment This position may include both office work and outside sales visits. The Sales Representative may travel to customer locations, supermarkets, warehouses, and business meetings.
