With five locations in Bakersfield, Turlock, Fontana, Fort Worth, and Gaffney, we're committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁ Be able to sell and promote inventory using phone, email and face-to face skill sets. ⦁ Utilize and update all social media platforms to communicate with customers and by marketing trucks, along with updating all platforms with new arrivals within 24 hours upon delivery. ⦁ Post Trucks for sale on all social media platforms. ⦁ Make a minimum of 60 calls a day. ⦁ Reach out to previous leads via phone/text/email. ⦁ Work efficiently and respectively with Sales Managers, whom you will report to. ⦁ Check your email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately. ⦁ Present initial financing options based on customer needs/requests. ⦁ Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments. ⦁ Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly. ⦁ Provide customers with product information resources and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources, including those available on the internet. ⦁ Make yourself knowledgeable in your store truck inventory and product offerings, making appropriate recommendations. ⦁ Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management. ⦁ Be available to promptly respond to live chat, phone and email inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner. ⦁ Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or any no-show appointments. ⦁ Contact clients prior to appointment date to confirm their scheduled appointment. ⦁ Be consistent with follow-up-post visits to ensure customer satisfaction. ⦁ Be able to complete 'Post Sale Checklist' accurately and in a timely fashion. ⦁ Must have a minimum of 6 funded deals (trucks) per month. ⦁ Sales trackers must be turned into Sales Manager the day prior to the 1st and 15th of every month and need to be accurate and correct. ⦁ Sees opportunities, not problems. Strives to continuously learn and improve
Qualifications:
Must have more than 6 months of sales experience
Schedule:
8 hour shift 5 days on, 2 days off Supplemental pay types: Commission pay Draw Commission for selling products
