We are looking for a result•driven marketing professional who can generate qualified homeowner leads through social media, digital advertising, and online marketing strategies. Position Overview The Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing online marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality home remodeling leads. This position is ideal for someone who understands social media advertising, content creation, lead funnels, and customer acquisition. Responsibilities Generate Qualified home remodeling leads through social media platforms. Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other digital advertising campaigns. Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize lead generation and ROI. Respond to online inquiries and help convert prospects into appointments. Work closely with management to meet monthly lead generation goals. Qualifications Experience generating lead through social media and online marketing. Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in home remodeling, construction, or related industries is a plus. Self-motivated and results-oriented Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
