We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations, customer account management, reporting, logistics coordination, and cross-functional communication across multiple departments. Position Overview The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting commercial operations, customer accounts, order management, reporting, product launches, and communication between sales, operations, warehouse, ecommerce, and leadership teams. This position primarily supports B2B sales operations and wholesale customers, with occasional involvement in ecommerce and marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities Order & Account Operations Manage order entry, invoicing, customer records, and daily account support Review purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, and completeness prior to processing Monitor shipment timelines, inventory availability, backorders, and product status updates Support international invoicing and coordination with global warehouse operations Maintain accurate ERP and CRM records Serve as an operational point of contact for assigned customer accounts Logistics, Communication & Coordination Act as a liaison between sales, warehouse, operations, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment Troubleshoot order discrepancies, shipping issues, returns, credits, and replacements Coordinate shipment tracking, shipping documentation, invoices, and return authorizations Communicate order status updates, shipment timelines, and inventory availability to customers and internal teams Assist with trade show preparation, travel coordination, and shipment logistics Maintain organization and communication across multiple projects and priorities Product Launch & Commercial Support Coordinate launch sample tracking and shipment logistics for key accounts Ensure customers receive product samples and supporting sales materials in a timely manner Provide account support when sales team members are traveling or attending trade events Support operational activities related to ecommerce and online marketplace channels Assist with customer inquiries, order issues, and fulfillment-related concerns across various sales channels Reporting & Process Improvement Run reports and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Prepare recurring reports related to shipments, backorders, customer activity, and operational performance Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction Maintain working knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and product information to effectively support the sales team What We're Looking For Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting tools Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset Process-oriented individual who enjoys creating structure and improving efficiency Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a similar operational role Experience working with ERP and CRM systems Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Experience within consumer products, wholesale distribution, ecommerce, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Customer-focused approach with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments Work Environment Comfortable working within the intimate wellness and adult products industry Ability to maintain professionalism while supporting products in this category Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer Occasional lifting and movement of product boxes and materials up to 25 pounds Why Consider This Opportunity?
