We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing company. The Inside Sales Representative will drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and ongoing relationship building. Responsibilities Maintain a high level of outbound sales prospecting call activity to build your book of business, including identifying, qualifying, and connecting with prospects. Increase sales revenues and develop and maintain positive customer relationships within an assigned territories. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Demonstrate the ability to overcome objections, negotiate, and close business. Conduct sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports. Continuously improve through feedback. Requirements Prior sales and/or customer support experience is preferred. Highly motivated and target driven. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with people. Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions. Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce & Quickbooks is a plus. Ability to work in a self-directed way.
