Responsibilities:
Sell company services to current and potential clients Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets Follow up and develop new leads and referrals resulting from field research and activity Secure appointments and opportunities with potential clients to promote City Wide Property Services' offerings, and enhance business development efforts Prepare presentations and proposals for current and potential customers Meet and maintain monthly KPI's and Sales Quotas Keep current with sales materials, potential client pool, and current product knowledge Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships Manage account services through quality assurance checks and client communication Work effectively with internal office staff, including collaboration with the A/R Department to follow up on collection of payment, as needed Participate in professional organizations and marketing events Other duties as assigned by management
Pay:
Salary plus commission
Qualifications:
At least two years of Business-to-Business sales experience Previous experience with commercial real estate and its associated operations Proficient with Microsoft Office and utilizing sales-related tracking platforms Exceptional communication skills, including facilitating client-facing presentations (in-person and through video conferencing) Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing demands Highly professional and dependable Clean Driving Record (5+ years clearance is required) Associates Degree or higher preferred
