Overview Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Sales Associate and be the friendly face that drives customer satisfaction and business growth! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills while working in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Pay for this position is base pay plus commission. Base pay will depend on prior experience in the car wash setting along with other factors such as detailing experience. Duties Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle needs, and recommend appropriate car wash packages and add-on services Promote additional services such as detailing, buffing, window tinting, and custodial treatments to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring vehicles are cleaned to high standards Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning bays, tools, and equipment to uphold safety and quality standards Assist with vehicle detailing tasks such as buffing, window cleaning, and general custodial work to deliver a pristine finish Manage cash register transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts promptly Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously Requirements Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is required. Hands-on experience with car wash operations, detailing, buffing or custodial work is a plus Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude that makes customers feel appreciated Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for potential driving responsibilities Experience in janitorial work or window tinting is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks involved in vehicle cleaning Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional car care experiences!
