As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales for continuous growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who thrives in a customer-focused, fast-paced sales environment. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers - working closely with them to understand their goals and deliver customized solutions. The Entry Level Sales Representative's ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio of customer accounts will be key to success in this role. The Entry Level Sales Representative will be working directly with businesses and customers to generate new sales opportunities while fostering long-term relationships built on trust and excellent service. Your role as an Entry Level Sales Representative will involve interacting with customers regularly to identify their needs and offer the most effective solutions. You'll be expected to track and report on customer interactions and sales performance, all while continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will also collaborate with the internal teams to ensure customers receive timely support and solutions.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers and business owners to promote AT&T services and answer all inquiries. Manage business and customer accounts to serve as their dedicated Sales Representative, guiding them through the sales process in person and one on one. Develop strong relationships with business decision makers and customers to gain a deep understanding of their product and service needs. Identify new sales opportunities through proactive acquisitions and regular customer check-ins. Actively listen to customers to be able to provide them with tailored product solutions that help them achieve their goals while maintaining their budget requirements. Track customers and businesses installations to ensure they have seamless activations of their new services. Collaborate with other Entry Level Sales Representatives to share insights and strategies for customer success and overall increase product knowledge.
Entry Level Sales Representative Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong focus on relationship building. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
