Job Description

We're expanding our team and bringing on a Business Development Associate to support a telecommunications campaign focused on direct customer interaction and sales growth. This Business Development Associate role is hands-on from the start. You won't be observing from the sidelines - you'll be actively working with homeowners, supporting sales efforts, and learning how team performance is built and maintained. As a Business Development Associate, your role sits at the intersection of sales and leadership. You'll help drive results while learning how to guide a team, improve consistency, and contribute to long-term client expansion in the Campbell market. What you'll do as a
Business Development Associate:
Work directly with homeowners to present wireless services and guide them through the sales process Support daily sales activity by helping maintain consistency across team performance Assist in onboarding and developing new team members through hands-on training Monitor sales results and help identify ways to improve efficiency and output Step into customer interactions when needed to keep the process smooth and on track Help implement strategies that improve outreach and overall sales production Contribute to expansion efforts by supporting growth initiatives in the Campbell area What you'll gain as a
