You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. Compensation:
$82,000 yearly plus commission
Responsibilities:
Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events Respond to inbound leads and referrals quickly Conduct care assessments and guide families through options Recommend home care or placement solutions Convert inquiries into paying clients Follow up consistently to increase conversion rates Build and maintain relationships with: Hospitals (case managers, discharge planners) Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Physician (MD) offices Home health agencies Hospice providers Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and drop-ins Educate partners on NestVy services and value proposition Develop referral pipelines and strategic partnerships Track and grow referral sources Maintain ongoing relationships with key partners Ensure high satisfaction and repeat referrals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions
Qualifications:
Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills Experience using a CRM is preferred 2+ years of sales or business development experience Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services preferred Strong networking and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outside sales/field marketing Proven ability to close and generate referrals Excellent communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated and able to work independently About Company We are a compassionate Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) dedicated to providing exceptional care and a warm, supportive environment for our residents.
