In this role, the Sales Relations Representative will help customers explore wireless devices, internet services, and mobile plan options while building strong communication and relationship-management skills in a team-focused environment. As a Sales Relations Representative, you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and daily support from experienced team leaders. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build professional experience in customer relations, communications, account support, or business development while working with a nationally recognized telecommunications brand. The Sales Relations Representative will work directly with customers to answer questions, explain available AT&T services, and help create a positive customer experience throughout the enrollment process. Role Responsibilities of the Sales Relations Representative Meet with customers to introduce AT&T wireless devices, Fiber internet services, and mobile plan options in a professional and approachable manner. Learn how to support customer accounts by identifying communication, connectivity, and entertainment needs. Assist customers with comparing devices, service features, and data plan options based on their preferences and day-to-day usage. Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, follow-up support, and solution-oriented conversations. Work alongside team members and leadership to maintain organized customer interactions and account updates. Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication skills, customer engagement, and professional development. Support team goals while developing leadership and business communication experience in a fast-paced environment. Qualities of an Sales Relations Representative Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable working with customers in a face-to-face environment. Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks throughout the day. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude. Open to learning new skills and receiving hands-on training. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
