Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and results-driven Sales & Client Solutions Specialist to guide families through care decisions and convert inquiries into successful placements and home care clients. This role combines consultative sales, relationship building, and care coordination .
Compensation:
$82,000 yearly plus commission
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads and referrals quickly Conduct care assessments and guide families through options Recommend home care or placement solutions Convert inquiries into paying clients Follow up consistently to increase conversion rates Build and maintain relationships with: Hospitals (case managers, discharge planners) Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Physician (MD) offices Home health agencies Hospice providers Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and drop-ins Educate partners on NestVy services and value proposition Develop referral pipelines and strategic partnerships Track and grow referral sources Maintain ongoing relationships with key partners Ensure high satisfaction and repeat referrals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales or business development experience Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services preferred Strong networking and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outside sales/field marketing Proven ability to close and generate referrals Excellent communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated and able to work independently About Company Are you looking for a career and not just a job?
