This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, understands customer needs, and is looking to build a long-term career in sales. Job Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Introduce kitchen and bathroom related products to customers, contractors, builders, and designers. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documents. Follow up on customer orders, product inventory, pricing, and delivery status. Maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Assist in keeping the showroom clean, organized, and presentable. Help maintain product displays, labels, and price tags. Respond to customer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with the sales team and warehouse team to ensure a smooth order process. Complete other sales support and administrative tasks as assigned by the company. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or showroom work is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom materials, cabinets, countertops, flooring, tiles, or building materials is a plus. Bilingual English and Chinese candidates are preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, builders, and designers. High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or office-related work is preferred.
