Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-focused with a passion and commitment for helping people. Our sales consultants are responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and proven strategic sales and fitting techniques.

Who We Serve:

Our clients are anybody and everybody. Youth to super seniors. Professional athletes to the not-so-athletic. Delivery personnel, mechanics, first responders, nurses, doctors, mom's, dad's, grandparents, may be even YOU!

Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive 30-minute consultative fitting with each client Provide each client with a personalized fitting experience, presenting Good Feet's proprietary 3-Step System based on their individual concerns, activity level, work environment and footwear needs Deliver excellent customer service by effectively answering questions, addressing concerns and conducting detailed post-purchase follow-up Assist clients with financing options and process payment transactions Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure referrals and repeat business Lead generation from existing client base, work closely with co-workers on new client lead generation Work collaboratively with our team on daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising

Requirements:

Team focused, with ability to work independently Minimum 2 years commission based sales experience, with a proven ability to exceed sales goals and meet key performance metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to conduct in-depth, scripted presentation maintaining a high degree of focus for up to 60 minutes at a time Must be able to prioritize various work priorities and multi-task Ability to learn basic foot anatomy and biomechanics Complete all in-house certifications and become an expert on all products sold through The Good Feet Store Experience in Kinesiology, sports and health and wellness a strong plus We offer comprehensive paid training, a competitive hourly plus commission compensation package ($45,000 - $55,000+, based on your individual performance) and opportunities for advancement.
