Position Overview The Lead Manager is a critical front-line revenue role responsible for engaging, qualifying, and converting inbound and outbound homeowner leads into actionable acquisition opportunities. This individual serves as the first live point of contact for motivated sellers and plays a direct role in driving revenue through speed-to-lead, follow-up discipline, and exceptional communication. This role is ideal for a highly driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands distressed real estate conversations, and wants uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Qualification Make immediate outbound calls to inbound leads generated through PPC, direct mail, SMS, and online forms Conduct professional, empathetic discovery conversations with homeowners to uncover motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations Pre-qualify leads and determine deal viability before escalation to Acquisitions CRM & Data Management Accurately log all calls, texts, emails, notes, and disposition updates in Salesforce (Left Main) Maintain clean lead statuses, follow-up tasks, and pipeline hygiene Ensure zero lead leakage through disciplined tracking and documentation Follow-Up & Conversion Execute structured, multi-touch follow-up sequences (calls, texts, emails) until dispositioned Re-engage cold, warm, and long-term nurture leads consistently Build rapport and trust with homeowners while maintaining urgency and professionalism Collaboration & Deal Flow Seamlessly hand off qualified leads to Acquisitions with complete notes and context Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and market trends Work closely with leadership to improve scripts, processes, and conversion metrics Performance Metrics (KPIs) Speed to Lead (seconds/minutes, not hours) Contact Rate & Conversation Rate Qualified Leads Passed to Acquisitions Appointment Set Rate Conversion Rate by Lead Source Follow-Up Compliance Tools & Technology You will be equipped with best-in-class industry tools , including: Salesforce / Left Main (CRM) PPC Force (inbound PPC leads) Objection Proof AI REIprint (direct mail & SMS campaigns) InvestorBoots, SFR Analytics, Investorbase (data & outreach) Call tracking, SMS, and automation systems Compensation & Earning Potential Flexible Draw base pay (dependent on experience and performance) Uncapped commission structure tied directly to qualified opportunities and closed deals Clear path to increased earnings through volume, consistency, and results High performers are rewarded quickly and transparently Ideal Candidate Profile 1+ years experience in real estate lead management, acquisitions support, or inside sales (preferred) Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly Comfortable handling distressed homeowner conversations with professionalism and empathy Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance-based compensation Familiarity with real estate investing, wholesaling, or distressed asset workflows is a strong plus Why Join HomeOwnerRelief.com Direct impact on revenue and deal flow Uncapped commission upside with no artificial ceiling Elite systems, leads, and operational support Transparent leadership and performance-driven culture Opportunity for advancement into senior roles (Senior Lead Manager, Acquisitions, Operations) If you thrive in a high-accountability environment, love the hunt, and want to be rewarded for real results-not activity-this role is built for you.
