In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships. Responsibilities Engage with customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently and safely Utilize strong communication skills to upsell additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction Apply pricing knowledge accurately to provide transparent quotes and ensure profitability for each sale Operate commercial vehicles responsibly, adhering to all driving regulations and safety standards Assist in organizing product displays and maintaining attractive merchandising setups in retail locations or customer sites Handle heavy lifting when necessary to transport inventory or equipment during sales activities Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules using organizational skills Experience Prior experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus Familiarity with pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and basic math skills for accurate transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers Experience in route driving or delivery roles enhances your ability to manage time effectively on the road Military background is considered an asset for demonstrating discipline, organizational skills, and teamwork Physical ability for heavy lifting and extended periods of driving or standing throughout the workday Join us as a Sales Representative and become part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while growing your career.
