If you're motivated, persuasive, and enjoy hitting goals as part of a winning team, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Answer inbound customer calls with confidence and urgency Book service appointments on every eligible call Promote and sell the Cole Comfort Club Membership Educate customers on value and savings (not just price) Handle objections and turn inquiries into booked jobs Enter accurate customer and job details in ServiceTitan Work closely with Dispatch and the Service team
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and sales mindset Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections Coachable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Call center, CSR, or inside sales experience preferred

Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
