You will serve as the premier face of the company, guiding residential clients through an immersive, creative in-home design and sales process. This highly lucrative role empowers you to solve complex customer needs, manage the complete client journey, and directly impact revenue within an exemplary, growth-oriented team. Impact:
Execute a comprehensive, in-home consultative sales and design process to convert qualified prospects into contracts. Select and design tailored product solutions that align perfectly with client budgets and aesthetic dreams. Conduct thorough on-site property assessments to verify existing floor plans and structural site conditions. Manage detailed customer pipelines and input critical lead documentation within the HubSpot CRM platform. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to champion the brand across digital, public, and print platforms. Facilitate critical post-sale handoffs by uploading labor matrices into Buildertrend.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven track record in high-ticket sales with a deep, practical understanding of residential bathroom remodeling. Strong technical proficiency with computers, including hands-on experience utilizing HubSpot or equivalent CRM software. Demonstrated ability to calculate project pricing, produce accurate contract documentation, and manage formal change orders. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with an active, empathetic listening style. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 20% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
5 or more years of related work experience in design-build sales or residential remodeling consultation. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Direct familiarity or prior training with the Sandler Sales System. Experience utilizing Buildertrend or similar construction management software platforms.

Highly competitive base salary with uncapped commission structures and performance-based bonuses.
