This is a strong fit for someone who wants a clear path from inside sales activity into listing-focused real estate production, supported by coaching, structure, and daily interaction with experienced professionals who understand the value of consistent growth. You will learn how to manage incoming opportunities, strengthen follow-up conversations, and turn real estate conversations into long-term client relationships. The focus is on developing the communication skills, habits, and confidence needed to move from conversations to appointments and ultimately to listings. You will work alongside experienced agents who provide practical guidance and support as you continue building your real estate business. You will learn how successful listing agents create momentum through strong communication, consistent follow-up, and proven systems. Compensation:
$140,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Follow the team plan Set listing and buyer appointments Execute appointments Close sales Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent Team player CRM and database mastery Scripts mastery
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred Real estate license or pursuing required A real estate license is required Great communication Commission opportunity Sales experience Must live within the office area About Company Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
