We are hiring HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor — Cold Cloud Mechanical (Los Angeles) Earn $80,000
- 120,000+ OTE closing warm incoming leads. No cold calling. We're a growing HVAC company based in Glendale, serving Los Angeles and nearby areas. We're hiring our first in-home sales closer for residential replacements and installs. What you'll do: Run 20-25 pre-qualified appointments/month (we book them, you close them) Present 3-option proposals (Floor/Target/Premium) Sell $12,000
- 20,000+ replacement/install jobs Track pipeline and follow-ups in
ServiceTitan Compensation:
$4,000/month draw (non-recoverable first 90 days) 8- 15% commission on Gross Profit (not revenue) Add-on spiffs: $30
- 150 each Monthly attach-rate bonuses: $500
- 1,000 Realistic earnings: $90,000
