Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Security & Technology Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in security camera systems and commercial sales, who can confidently design and sell solutions to businesses, schools, and facilities.
Requirements:
1 2-5 years of experience with security camera systems (CCTV / IP video) 2 3-5+ years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred) 3 Strong understanding of camera systems, NVRs, PoE networks, and low-voltage infrastructure 4 Ability to build proposals and close deals 5 Comfortable conducting site walks and client meetings 6 Excellent communication and customer service skills 7 Self-motivated and goal-driven 8 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 9 Basic computer skills (CRM, email, proposals) 10 Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Responsibilities:
1 Meet with commercial clients to assess security needs and recommend solutions 2 Design and sell camera and security system packages 3 Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach 4 Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-ups 5 Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships 6 Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery 7 Stay up to date on new security technologies and products 8 Track sales activity and meet monthly targets 9 Provide strong post-sale communication and support 10 Represent the company professionally in the field
Compensation:
1 Base + commission (or commission-heavy structure available) 2 Performance-based incentives 3 Opportunity for growth in a high-demand industry
