Ace Properties (www.acenwi.com | IG @investwithace) is an out of state real estate investment firm, focused on making it easy for investors to own out of state rental properties without ever seeing them. We buy rental property and resell them to a private network of investors for a higher price. Expect to come into a high energy, hard-hustling, modern small business where you will have the opportunity to learn and take ownership over every step of the process. Job Description We're looking for an inside sales sales associate who can take help work a current pipeline of sellers looking to get an offer on a property they are interested in selling. Our ideal candidate isn't afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people all day. You love learning, want to develop your skill set, and are seeking a long term career opportunity in an entrepreneurial environment. You'll be making 60+ calls a day setting appointments for our account executives to make an offer on a sellers property and put it under contract. No real estate experience needed. We'll teach you everything.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of inbound seller leads, all in different stages of the sales process. Qualify inbound leads quickly and correctly. When something's good, get basic information about financials, tenants, and condition. Make time to learn out of state rental property investing inside and out, so that you can master your craft and go from being a deal starter to a deal closer.
You Are:
Comfortable, relatable, and professional over the phone. Organized, and prioritize efforts to make the most of your time. Effective in using tone of voice, response, and property understanding to negotiate. Not in need of hand holding. The right training and protocols and you're off to the races. Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
