Job Description

Outside Sales Consultant Job Summary We are a growing uniform, linen, and facility services provider is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to develop new business in the San Francisco market . This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships with local businesses and helping them find the right uniform, linen, facility service, first aid, and restroom supply solutions. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who wants a clear path to strong earnings and long-term career growth. You will receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching from experienced sales leadership, and the support of an established team as you build your territory. After successful completion of the training period, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing a sales pipeline, presenting customized solutions, and closing profitable accounts across a protected territory.
Compensation Top performer earnings:
Top Sales Consultants earn over $200,000 Top 10% earn over $150,000 Top 25% earn over $125,000 Base salary: $45,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience Guaranteed first-year bridge compensation: This role includes a guaranteed earnings bridge for the first 12 months , designed to support ramp-up as you build your territory.
Expected earnings:
Sales Consultants who meet standard weekly quota expectations average approximately $100,000 annually .
Additional earnings potential includes:
Uncapped commissions Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities No cap on account size Upsell opportunities within assigned territory Commission opportunities on eligible contracted corporate accounts What You'll Do Build a pipeline of new business through prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, referrals, and territory development Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions across uniforms, linens, healthcare, industrial, first aid, and facility services Manage and maintain an active Salesforce pipeline Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas and growth targets Partner with internal teams to support smooth customer onboarding and installation Participate in weekly branch growth meetings Build strong customer relationships to support retention and long-term growth Safely operate a company vehicle in your assigned market Perform other duties as assigned What You Need to Succeed Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset Effective time management and territory management skills Confidence prospecting and developing new business Ability to use CRM tools and maintain accurate sales activity A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong professionalism, discipline, and follow-through Qualifications College degree preferred or at least two years of outside sales experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and product types and perform basic math accurately What We Offer Company vehicle, gas card, and insurance Medical, dental, and vision coverage FSA/HSA options Life and disability insurance Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays 401(k) with company match Education reimbursement Employee assistance program Career advancement and learning opportunities Inclusive and team-oriented culture Working Conditions This is a field-based position with daily travel throughout the assigned sales territory, including customer locations, office settings, and industrial environments.
