We are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best through advanced skincare treatments and exceptional customer care. More than just a workplace, we are a close-knit team of young professionals who genuinely enjoy working together, supporting one another, and creating an uplifting environment for both our clients and our staff. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and energetic Spa Sales Consultant who loves connecting with people, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and is excited to grow with our team. What You'll Do Welcome guests and create a warm, inviting experience from the moment they walk through our doors Consult with clients and recommend facial treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products based on their individual needs Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and genuine care Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients to help them achieve their skincare goals Educate clients about our services, products, and wellness offerings Drive sales through confident recommendations while always prioritizing the client's best interests Manage appointments, client records, and daily administrative tasks Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa and retail areas Work collaboratively with our providers and front desk team to deliver an outstanding client experience What We're Looking For Positive attitude and great energy Sales experience preferred (spa, beauty, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or related industries) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and helping people feel confident Team player who enjoys being part of a supportive work family What We Offer Competitive hourly pay starting at $18-$22 per hour , depending on experience Uncapped commission opportunities Performance bonuses and incentives High earning potential for motivated sales professionals Supportive, positive, and collaborative team culture Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Beautiful boutique spa environment just minutes from the beach Why Le Reve?
