Full Job Description Outside Healthcare Sales Representative Location:

Owner / Director of Business Development Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Healthcare Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout Orange County. This individual will be responsible for developing referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a relationship-based sales environment, understands the healthcare continuum, and is passionate about helping seniors and families access quality home care services. Success in this role will be measured by new referral sources, client admissions, revenue growth, and the development of strategic partnerships within the healthcare community. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospice agencies, physicians, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners. Identify, cultivate, and grow referral sources throughout Orange County. Create and manage a weekly territory plan to maximize referral opportunities. Conduct face-to-face sales calls, presentations, and networking meetings with healthcare professionals. Establish and nurture strategic "power partner" relationships with professionals serving seniors and healthcare consumers. Represent the company at healthcare events, community events, networking groups, and industry associations. Educate referral partners on the benefits and services offered by the company. Track referral activity and sales performance using CRM and reporting systems. Collaborate with operations and care management teams to ensure excellent client experiences. Monitor local market trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Meet and exceed established sales, referral, and revenue goals. Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred. Healthcare sales, home care, hospice, senior living, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to develop referral relationships and generate new business. Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to performance goals. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
