Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market and be able to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers. Duties Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales targets. Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support. Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Upsell additional products and services to existing clients. Manage accounts effectively, maintaining regular communication with clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making. Proven experience in territory sales and business development. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies. Ability to upsell products effectively based on customer needs. Knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape in technology sales. Proficient in account management practices to ensure client satisfaction. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on presentation abilities.
