The Business Development Representative will connect with our customers through sales conversations about reliable mobile connectivity, strengthening each account relationship. As a Business Development Representative, your training treats account management like a playlist; you need the right songs at the right time. You'll learn to track accounts through their lifecycle: from new smartphone excitement to plan adjustments. After training, the Business Development Representative manages accounts with the confidence of a DJ who knows exactly when to play the next song. Core Functions of the Business Development Representative Care for customer accounts by engaging directly with customers and providing recommendations on Verizon Wireless smartphones and data plans. Grow account sales by identifying needs and guiding customers toward upgraded Verizon Wireless devices and data solutions. Cultivate positive account relationships through reliable support and helpful guidance on Verizon Wireless services. Maximize sales within accounts by recommending relevant upgrades to Verizon smartphones and improved data packages. Ensure smooth account coordination by handling follow-ups and maintaining clear communication with residential customers. Contribute to team success by effectively managing accounts and driving consistent sales of Verizon Wireless solutions.
