What We're Looking For:

Prior sales, design, home improvement, real estate, retail, remodeling, or client-facing experience is helpful Strong communication and relationship-building skills A consultative sales style — you know how to guide, not pressure Good attention to detail and follow-through Comfort learning design software, estimating tools, and our sales process A valid driver's license and reliable transportation A positive attitude, professional appearance, and ownership mindset
