Responsibilities Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls and emails to introduce company products and services. Build and maintain positive customer relationships, understand basic business needs, and support the sales process. Identify potential business opportunities and assist in generating qualified leads through outreach activities. Support account management activities and help ensure customer satisfaction. Work with internal teams, including marketing and technical staff, to provide information and solutions to customers. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems. Stay informed about company products, services, and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers. Requirements 1+ year of experience in an IT-related field, sales support, inside sales, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and virtual meetings. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn sales techniques and technology solutions. Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM platforms is a plus, but not required. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
