Inside Sales Representative

Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote our products and services. Negotiate terms and close deals with potential customers. Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings. Skills Proven experience in business development or a related field. Strong outbound calling and telemarketing skills. Excellent negotiation abilities with a focus on closing deals. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
