This position focuses on reaching out to local businesses, property managers, shopping centers, contractors, and commercial properties to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role includes both office and field work, including going business-to-business to introduce our services, identify signage opportunities, and build relationships with local businesses. We specialize in illuminated signs, channel letters, monument signs, rebranding, and full commercial sign programs throughout California. This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and interested in sales growth with a fast-moving company. Responsibilities Generate new business leads through phone calls, emails, online research, and outreach Visit local businesses and commercial properties to introduce company services and identify potential projects Contact local businesses and commercial properties regarding signage upgrades and branding opportunities Schedule appointments for estimates and consultations Follow up with incoming leads and previous inquiries Maintain organized lead notes and communication records Help identify businesses with outdated or damaged signage Work with management to develop outreach strategies Assist with social media and online lead generation efforts Qualifications Strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Comfortable with in-person business-to-business outreach Motivated and self-driven Organized and dependable Basic computer skills Sales or customer service experience preferred Experience with cold calling is a plus B2B sales experience is a bonus Pay Structure Hourly pay + bonuses/commission opportunities Performance-based growth opportunities available About Store Sign Pros Store Sign Pros is a licensed California sign contractor specializing in custom illuminated signs, monument signs, branding solutions, permitting, fabrication, and installation for businesses throughout California.
