Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B outside sales, preferably within the staffing industry Candidates must live in the Central Valley market Excellent verbal and written communication skills College degree or equivalent experience Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office)
Compensation:
On-target earnings (base + commission) with expectations of $105,000 No ceiling on earning potential Competitive benefits package We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will leverage your sales skills and technical knowledge to promote our products and services, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology sales and have a knack for building relationships. Duties Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up. Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote new offerings and drive engagement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in a technology-focused environment. Familiarity with technical sales concepts and the ability to understand software products. Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of successful outbound calling. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
