The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, and will be responsible for driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and effective communication. This role requires a passion for automobiles and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while managing the sales pipeline efficiently. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in automobile sales. Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and outbound sales efforts to generate leads. Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Provide high-end sales experiences by upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs. Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure inventory management and control for optimal stock levels. Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements to promote vehicle features and benefits. Maintain excellent phone etiquette while communicating with potential clients and providing sales support. Ensure accurate retail math calculations for pricing, financing options, and trade-in evaluations. Foster strong customer relationships through exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive or retail sector. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Familiarity with B2B sales processes is advantageous. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Experience in high-end sales environments is preferred. Proficient in CRM software for managing customer interactions and data effectively. Previous dealership experience is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management tasks. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers effectively.
