Job Description
AVELIRA - Field Sales & Service Representative About Us Avelira is a scent marketing company helping businesses create memorable customer experiences through fragrance. We work with hotels, gyms, salons, retail stores, offices, medical clinics and other customer-facing businesses throughout Los Angeles. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys meeting business owners, generating new opportunities, and helping grow a fast-growing company from the ground up. This position combines sales, customer service, and basic technical installation responsibilities. Compensation includes hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses. Additional commission opportunities are available based on new client acquisitions. Responsibilities Visit local businesses throughout Los Angeles Introduce Avelira's scent marketing solutions to business owners and managers Schedule and conduct free scent marketing trials Install and set up scent diffuser systems Refill fragrance oils and perform basic maintenance Follow up with leads and existing customers Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries Maintain customer records and activity reports Help grow the company's client base through direct outreach and referrals Requirements Valid California driver's license Reliable vehicle Comfortable driving throughout Los Angeles Strong communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work independently Sales experience is a plus but not required Technical experience is a plus but not required Compensation $20-$25 per hour Performance bonuses available Paid training Growth opportunities within the company What Success Looks Like 10-15 business visits per day Consistent lead generation Successful trial installations Excellent customer service Long-term client retention Why Join Avelira?
