B Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via phone and e-mail.
• Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, online store policies, order tracking, issue resolution, returns, and general information.
• Communicate with the shipping/ sales department to better serve the customers as needed.
• Confirming PO details with customers.
• Order management
• reflecting cancelations, changes in delivery windows, order quantities.
• Provides timely follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to each account by responding to customer's requests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
• Contribute positively to team dynamic.

Skills and Experience required:

• Experience with ERP
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast pasted environment.
• Excellent problem solving skills with a sense of urgency.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Previous experience in wholesale apparel/accessory customer service preferred.
