This one doesn't. Califa Sky Cleaning is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving Greater Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. We handle offices, medical clinics, retail spaces, schools, warehouses, and multi-tenant properties — and we're expanding aggressively. We need a hunter. Someone who can identify commercial accounts, build relationships, and close recurring janitorial contracts. Someone who doesn't need a manager to fill their pipeline. If that's you, here's what you're walking into: Compensation 15% of monthly recurring contract value for the first 6 months of every deal you close After your 5th closed deal: commission increases to 25% of monthly recurring revenue on all new sales — for the full first 6 months of each contract No cap. No ceiling. No territory splits. What this looks like in real numbers: A single commercial cleaning contract averages $2,500/month . Close 5 accounts → you're earning $1,875/month in recurring commissions — from those 5 deals alone. After deal #5, your rate jumps to 25%. Close 5 more at $2,500/month each → that's an additional $3,125/month . 10 active accounts at 25% = $6,250/month. That's $75,000/year — from 10 deals. Top performers who stay disciplined and keep closing can realistically hit $100,000+ annually . The math works. You just have to work it. What You'll Do Identify and prospect commercial accounts in Greater LA and the San Fernando Valley (offices, medical clinics, retail, schools, warehouses, HOAs) Cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits Conduct site walks and discovery conversations to qualify accounts Hand off to management for proposal and pricing — you focus on selling, not paperwork Close contracts and hand off to operations for service launch Build a recurring book of business that pays you every month This is a full-cycle hunter role . You own prospecting through close. No leads are handed to you. If you need a warm list to get started, this isn't the right fit. Who We're Looking For Strong fit: B2B sales experience (any industry — staffing, payroll, pest control, facilities, insurance, logistics all translate) Comfortable with cold outreach and high-activity prospecting Self-directed; you don't need daily check-ins to stay on track Hungry to build something, not just collect a salary Based in or familiar with the Greater
