This is a career opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by performance, and wants the ability to significantly increase their earnings through commissions and bonuses. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a $20.00 per hour base wage , a strong commission structure, and substantial bi-weekly performance bonuses tied directly to results. Top performers regularly earn the equivalent of $35-$40 through a combination of hourly pay, commissions, and bonus incentives. We are hiring for multiple Speakeasy Fitness locations throughout the San Fernando Valley, including Panorama City, North Hollywood, Canoga Park, and Sylmar.
