Internet Sales Consultant

As an Internet BDC, you will provide customer service by responding to all incoming leads within 15 minutes in a professional, well-written email, phone call and text. Your responsibility will be to follow up on your daily work plan before the end of each shift. Our goal as a department is to generate appointments and increase closing ratio conversion. Most of the communication you'll have with customers will be over the phone so you must be comfortable speaking to customers. Overall, it's about aiming for the appointment by relaying our no-haggle, no-hassle environment to the customer over the phone so that they feel motivated and confident in coming in.
