We specialize in sourcing high-quality food products, managing inventory, and supporting nationwide sales operations—particularly within the sushi and seafood industry. We are looking for a positive, motivated, and detail-oriented team player who enjoys communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn the food industry from the ground up. Position Overview This is an entry-to-mid-level role with hands-on training provided. You will support purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory management, and food safety compliance. The role offers strong exposure to food import processes, quality assurance, and regulatory standards. Knowledge of HACCP, FSVP, and FDA food safety regulations is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Learn and become familiar with all food products handled by Ikko for TWF Support domestic purchasing activities; progressively assist with higher-volume and import purchasing Communicate with vendors and internal TWF teams regarding orders and inventory Assist with vendor and inventory management Support Quality Assurance efforts, including: Maintaining product specifications and certifications Understanding FDA, HACCP, and food safety compliance requirements Maintain accurate documentation and organized records

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

Preferred:

Experience in food industry, procurement, logistics, or customer service Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, QA, or FDA-related regulations Skills & Attributes Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Strong team player with dependable work ethic Comfortable working with vendors, internal teams, and management Detail-oriented and deadline-driven Physical & Work Environment Occasional light lifting (boxes, samples, or products) Primarily office-based with occasional warehouse visits Some business travel may be required Why Join Ikko?
