$23-$26 per hour, depending on experience We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Sales Representative or Assistant Sales Representative. The final job title will be determined through the interview process based on the candidate's experience, skills, and career goals. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client communication, sales support, and business development. Candidates with prior outside sales experience are welcome, and those who are interested in growing into an outside sales role in the future are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Respond to client inquiries and provide product information in a timely and professional manner Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions using company products Support sales activities, including preparing presentations, proposals, contracts, and other sales materials Assist with order processing, tracking orders, checking inventory availability, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market research and client communication Present and promote products to prospective clients, depending on experience level Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, orders, and opportunities in the CRM system Prepare or assist with sales reports, forecasts, and sales performance assessments Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, logistics, finance, marketing, and management to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Support trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, including booth setup, client interaction, and product promotion Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions Travel may be required approximately 1-2 times per year Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage client inquiries and coordinate with multiple internal departments Interest in sales, customer service, business development, or account management Comfortable handling administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, reporting, and CRM updates Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior sales, customer service, sales support, or order processing experience is preferred Experience with CRM systems is a plus Willingness to participate in trade shows or client visits as needed Interest in growing into an outside sales role is welcome Additional Information This is a non-exempt position Compensation is expected to be $23-$26 per hour, depending on experience For outside sales-related travel, mileage reimbursement will be provided Company parking is available for employees who commute by car Transportation expenses will be provided for employees who commute by public transportation Occasional business travel may be required, approximately 1-2 times per year About the Role The responsibilities of the Sales Representative and Assistant Sales Representative roles may overlap depending on the candidate's background.
