Responsibilities:

Assist customers with cabinet and flooring selection Provide product information and design recommendations Prepare estimates and sales quotes Follow up on leads and customer inquiries Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams Meet sales targets and contribute to team growth

Qualifications:

Sales experience required (cabinet, flooring, or building materials preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual English/Spanish /Mandarin preferred Comfortable using computers Organized and goal-oriented

Compensation:

$20 - $30 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based commission available Growth opportunity within the company
