In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, promote our products and services, and build lasting relationships that boost sales and customer satisfaction. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and proactive approach will help us expand our reach and deliver exceptional service every day. Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication Present product features, benefits, and pricing options clearly to encourage informed purchasing decisions Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust via our POS and thru social media. Manage route driving responsibilities efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to clients Conduct merchandising activities to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards Assist with heavy lifting of merchandise when necessary, following safety protocols to prevent injury Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Experience Prior experience in sales/design/ customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
