This position focuses on responding to customer inquiries, engaging with leads on social media, and helping guide potential clients through the sales process. We are looking for someone who is personable, organized, confident in communication, and passionate about beauty and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, text, and website inquiries Follow up with potential clients and leads Engage with customers on social media platforms Help schedule consultations and appointments Assist clients with product questions and recommendations Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times Work alongside our salon team in-person
Requirements:
Must be available Monday-Friday Must be able to work in-salon Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using social media platforms daily Sales experience is a plus Beauty, hair, or wig industry experience is preferred but not required Must be reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Compensation:
Opportunity for commissions
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
